Acceptance of Terms & Member Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kl77 ("Platform" or "We") in connection with your use of the online entertainment platform at kl77.click and all related applications. These Terms govern all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, and gaming activity.

To be eligible to register and use the KL77 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • One Account: Each individual is eligible to hold only one (1) KL77 account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

Kl77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while such proof is being verified. Any winnings obtained during the verification period may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

Registration & Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. KL77 may request additional identity verification documents at any time for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. kl77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
  • All activity conducted through your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report a security compromise to us.
  • You must notify kl77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
  • KL77 encourages you to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security on your account.
  • Personal information provided during registration may not be shared or transferred to any other individual. A kl77 account is personal and may not be sold, lent, or transferred.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Kl77 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

  • Minimum Deposit: RM20 per transaction for all payment methods.
  • Processing Time: All deposits are processed in under 3 minutes once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
  • Daily Deposit Limit: The standard daily deposit limit is RM10,000 for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Lower limits may apply to new accounts or accounts that have not yet completed full verification.
  • Currency: All deposits and transactions on the kl77 platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) only.
  • Transaction Fee: KL77 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges — please check directly with the relevant provider.
  • Failed Deposit: If your deposit fails to process but the amount has already been deducted from your payment account, please contact KL77 support with proof of transaction and the matter will be resolved within 24 business hours.

Kl77 reserves the right to request additional information or proof of payment account ownership for any deposit deemed unusual, for the purpose of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

Withdrawal of Winnings

KL77 members are entitled to withdraw their real cash balance (excluding bonuses) from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals can be made via the same payment methods used for deposits — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX.

  • Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
  • Daily Withdrawal Limit: RM20,000 for Bronze and Silver members, RM50,000 for Gold members, and unlimited for Diamond members (subject to standard security review).
  • Processing Time: Bronze and Silver members — within 15 minutes; Gold members — within 5 minutes; Diamond members — instant.
  • Identity Verification: For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM5,000, kl77 may request additional identity verification (a copy of your MyKad). This is standard procedure to protect the security of your account.
  • Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for your deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
  • Bonus Balance: Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cash balances (original deposit funds and winnings that have fulfilled the wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.

Kl77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing while a security investigation is conducted if signs of unusual activity are detected. You will be contacted via your registered email or phone number if your withdrawal requires additional review.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each promotion has specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, which are to be read together with these general terms.

  • Rollover Requirements: All bonuses (except Live Casino rebates) carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total wagers).
  • Validity Period: Every bonus has a validity period that begins from the date it is credited. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire and cannot be recovered.
  • One Account, One Bonus: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, or per device, unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
  • Bonus Abuse: kl77 uses a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions through structured low-risk betting, the use of multiple accounts, or other methods deemed abusive may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
  • Sports Betting Rollover Requirements: To fulfil wagering requirements using sports bets, a minimum odds of 1.50 must be applied. Accumulator or combination bets are permitted, but each leg must meet the minimum odds requirement.
  • Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions: kl77 reserves the right to modify the terms or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are in the process of being fulfilled will not be cancelled except in cases of confirmed abuse.

Game Rules & Betting

  • Fair Play: All slots and Live Casino games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). kl77 does not interfere with the outcome of any game.
  • Sports Betting: The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the valid odds for that bet. KL77 does not alter odds after a bet has been placed, except in cases of match suspension as stipulated in the specific Sports Betting terms.
  • Live Betting: For live betting, kl77 reserves the right to suspend or void betting markets if technical issues, live broadcast disruptions, or exceptional circumstances arise during a match.
  • Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded to your account balance. If a match is abandoned after it has started and no official result is announced within 72 hours, bets will be refunded.
  • Technical Errors: KL77 is not liable for any winnings or losses resulting from technical errors in the system. Should an error occur that affects a game outcome, KL77 reserves the right to void the game in question and refund the wagered amount.
  • Minimum and Maximum Bet: The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market are stated within the relevant game interface. These limits vary by game type and your VIP membership tier.

Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the KL77 platform and may result in immediate suspension, account closure without a refund, and legal action where applicable:

  • Registering for or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or registering on behalf of a minor.
  • Registering more than one account, whether using your own personal information, false information, or another person's details.
  • Using automation software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or play on the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to exploit a game (e.g., colluding in Poker) or bonus system.
  • Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any part of the KL77 platform.
  • Using the KL77 platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
  • Spreading false or defamatory information about kl77 on public platforms.
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover any such vulnerability, you are required to report it to KL77 immediately.

Kl77 employs a sophisticated behavioural detection system that operates 24 hours a day. Any breach of these Terms will result in proportionate action, including the cancellation of winnings obtained through means that violate the Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kl77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached, or in the following circumstances:

  • Failed identity verification or false information discovered during the KYC process.
  • Suspected activity related to money laundering or fraud.
  • Use of unauthorised payment methods or deposits made from third-party accounts.
  • A confirmed breach of any part of these terms following investigation.
  • Requests from legitimate legal authorities.

If your account is suspended for security reasons that are subsequently found to be unfounded, KL77 will restore your account and any held funds will be returned. You have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting KL77's support team — voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

kl77 Liability Limits

KL77 is committed to providing a fully functional platform and processing all transactions accurately. However, KL77 is not liable for the following:

  • Losses arising from internet service disruptions or technical issues on the user's internet service provider's end.
  • Losses arising from users sharing their login credentials or failing to protect their own account security.
  • Game outcomes that are technically accurate in accordance with the audited game mechanics.
  • Losses arising from a member's failure to read or understand the promotion terms before claiming a bonus.
  • Service disruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, provided reasonable prior notice has been given.

KL77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance attributable to platform negligence is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
